How to request a
Deposit Application Form

reserve an available puppy. To obtain one, send us an email
titled "Labradoodle Deposit Application Form Request"along with your phone number to:
firstname.lastname@example.org. An Application Form will be mailed once the Non-Refundable Deposit is received.

If you are at the end of our waiting
list and a puppy is not available to you from our current
litte, we will transfer your deposit to our next available litter.
If a puppy is not available to you from the litter you chose and/or for
any reason you do not want the puppy, you will not
receive a refund of your deposit. Any other issues will be discussed on an individual basis.

In order to participate, you must live within 40 miles of Santa
Rosa, CA. and meet all contract requirements.

Puppies must be paid in full prior to leaving our home.
All pups are spayed/ neutered prior to going to new home unless the puppy is part of our breeding program.This fee is included in our price.
